Alan Rosenberg

Alan Rosenberg was born on October 4, 1950 in Passaic, New Jersey, US.  His father was a swing musician and Rosenberg was the younger brother to producer Mark Rosenberg (died 1992).  They were raised in Passaic, New Jersey.

Rosenberg graduated from Adelbert College (Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, OH) in 1972 earning a B.A. in Theater.  He also studied at the Yale School of Drama.

Rosenberg was married to Robin Bartlett (div), then married actress Marg Helgenberger (Sept 1989 - present) and they have one son, Hugh Howard.  They currently live in Santa Monica, CA.
