Alethea McGrath

Alethea McGrath was born in Humpy (10 miles outside of Brisbane, Australia) she wasn't even out of her high chair yet when she first started entertaining her mother.  It was acting from then on.

McGrath's debut at the Playbox Performance Community in Brisbane was cut short by World War II (only three performances showed).  After the war she re-located to London where she studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.  After her studied at GSMD she headed back to Australia where she taught Speech and Drama in Tasmania until 1983.

McGrath continues to act to this day.
