Bruce Boa

Bruce Boa was born in 1930 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada where he was also raised.  Boa attended Sir Adam Beck Collegiate Institute in London, Ontario, where he played football for the Spartans (in 1949 they were city champs).  

Boa went on to play professional football (not soccer) in Canada for the Calgary Stampeders, in 1952.  Boa decided to settle in England around 1959 with his wife (a native Brit) where he found many roles (generally as an American) on British television and in films.

Mr. Boa passed away on April 17, 2004 in London, England, UK of cancer.
