Felix Silla

Felix Anthony Silla was born on January 11, 1937 near Rome Italy.  

Silla trained with the circus, Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey Circus, in New York, at the age of 16 (1955).  It should be noted that Silla worked later with Sid Krofft (of Sid and Marty Krofft) who himself toured with Ringling Brothers when he was only 10 years old.

Silla's physical abilities were many, but the circus trained him as a bareback rider, trapeze artist and tumbler.  This experience prepared him perfectly for stunt work in Hollywood from the 60's to the 80's.  In addition to his stunt work Silla also worked on a number of TV and film projects, most memorable for fans would be Twiki in Buck Rogers, Lucifer in Battlestar Galactica and Ewok Retah in Return of the Jedi.

Silla has appeared in Las Vegas and Reno with his group, The Original Harmonica Band, with Kevin Thompson.

Silla is married, Susan (1965 - present), and they have two children, Bonnie and Michael.  They live in Las Vegas, Nevada (moving there in 2003 from the San Fernando Valley near Los Angeles, CA.) with their dog Max.
