Jerry Hardin

Jerry Hardin was born on November 20, 1929 in Dallas, Texas, US.  Hardin was raised in a small town just outside of Dallas by his rancher father.

Hardin performed in speech and drama events in high school, winning a scholarship to Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.  He also won a Fulbright scholarship to study at the Royal Academy for Dramatic Art in London, where he spent two years.  He made an uncredited appearance in Thunder Road in 1958 and by 1961 had more than 75 theatre credits.

Married to actress Diane Hill (? - present) and they have two children, Melora (an actress) and Shawn (chief operating officer in charge of product for NBC-I in San Francisco.)
