Mary Kay Bergman was born on June 5, 1961 in the US.  She was also known as Shannen Cassidy.

Bergman was married to Dino Andrade from 1990 until 1999 (her death)

Bergman committed suicide on November 11, 1999 in Los Angeles, CA. US.
